Reporting into the  Co Brands VM Manager Asia and partnering your role with Buying & Merchandise, you will implement the Cotton On VM directive for all of the Cotton On stores, focusing on existing stores and new store roll out.


Leading VM for Cotton On Thailand, your day to day role will involve:

  • Ensuring consistent implementation of the visual merchandising standards set by the company to maintain global brand image
  • Provide training to ensure all Field VM staff and store teams are up to date with VM directives and understand the expectations and reasoning behind it.
  • Drive sales through VM execution – enabling store budgets to be met by ensuring the highest shop floor standards are met
  • Clear and concise communication with all stakeholders
  • Liaise with Head Office VM to exchange information and ideas
  • Complete walks of each store with the management team, from the front to the back of house, highlighting opportunities at the beginning and end of each visit
  • Manage the new season launches and new releases
  • Present recommendations on VM plans & concepts 
  • Product presentation, store windows, campaign implementation, trends and advertising must have a clear impact on sales figures and turnover of the store.


You will have a great feel for fashion and products, as well as an understanding of sales figures, costs and objectives, and the impact they have on brand performance and your role. For success in this role you will come with a strong level of experience in VM together with relevant tertiary qualifications. You will be someone that is fast, flexible and thrives on change and a challenge.
